To be eligible for NDIS funding, you must be able to answer “yes” to these questions:

  • Do you have Australian Residency?
  • Are you under the age of 65?
  • Is NDIS available in the area you live?
  • Do you usually need support from a person or equipment to do everyday things for yourself because of an impairment or condition that is most likely to be permanent?
  • Do you need some supports now to reduce your support needs in the future?

A support worker can help you with a wide range of task depending on your needs. From household tasks, like meal preparation, cleaning, medication administration to community access, like transportation and social outings.

No. You are welcome to book a once-off or infrequent shift. We will endeavor to do our best to assist you with the shifts you require.

We understand that you and your support workers can develop a deep, trusted, working relationship which takes time to build. We aim to keep your support workers as consistent as possible while also ensuring you have sufficient staff to cover the shifts you require.

We have different support workers with different strengths, training, and personalities. We will recommend support workers that we think would be a good fit for you, but you are always welcome to request a change of support worker. You do not need to disclose the reason for your request to change. 

We charge in accordance with the NDIS price guidelines. Please contact us for a quote, specifying the days and times you require support.
